Some Halloween Numbers To Think About

Halloween is nearly here…just a few more days…and I’m sure the little ones are hounding you to dig into that candy already. Can you blame them? Candy is truly the best part about Halloween for the kids, and even as you grow older the candy is still pretty great. It’s the one time of year that we all can get away with eating more candy in one day than in an entire month. Not so good for our teeth, but fun all the same.

However, as adults, there are some things to think about regarding Halloween candy and the safety of our kid’s health. So, we won’t preach again about Halloween candy risks, but just be sure to brush your child’s teeth immediately after eating the candy…unless they’ve just eaten a bunch of sour Halloween candy. Halloween And Inevitable Cavities

Halloween is just around the corner, and that probably means more candy than your child will ever know what to do with. Well, actually we take that back, Halloween candy and children go hand-in-hand, no matter how much there is the kids always know how to pack it away. However, your child’s teeth might not be so happy about this time of year.

Did you know that the month of Halloween is also National Dental Hygiene Month? Yep, and these two events did not occur in the same month on accident.halloween candy
